·         Name one strength of the images previewed.

Entertainment – good final image created showing entertainment in N&M Parks & Leisure – This is a good image which clearly shows the Parks & Leisure available in N&M Historical – photograph blended into background of final image, scanned image used effectively

·         Name one Weakness of the images previewed.

Entertainment – the text could be slightly larger and maybe a better colour chosen Parks & Leisure – could have incorporated more filters into the image to give it a better atmosphere, even B&W would have been effective Historical – the theme is History in N& M and not Irish Freedom, I would change the text in the picture, could have used some historical features of N&M in image

·         Comment on the Quality of graphics

Entertainment – good quality of image, no blur and no pixilation Parks & Leisure- Good quality, saved in high resolution Historical – good quality, blending used well

   

·         Are the images suitable for purpose. (e.g used for the tourism booklet)

Entertainment – yes this is good image for a tourism booklet Parks & Leisure – yes this would a suitable image for the tourism booklet Historical – not in this case, change the text and the colours and yes it would be useful in a tourism booklet for N&M.  Newry is a multicultural city so these colours depict more of the irish side of Newry rather than multicultural aspect.

   

·         What do you think of the use of Typography or Imagery used.

Entertainment - the text could be slightly larger and maybe a better colour chosen Parks & Leisure – typography clear and good size, may have been more effective in red or white Historical -  change the title to History in N&M
