Keyboard

A keyboard is an input device which allows text, characters and other commands to be entered into a computer.





Mouse

A mouse is an input device which allows items and cursors to be selected and moved on screen by moving it along a flat surface.







Graphics Tablet

Another input device is a Graphics tablet, this input device is used by artists to allow them to draw images and pictures onto a computer screen.






Scanner

A scanner is an input device which optically scans images from photographic prints and handwritting. This allows for computer editing and display, Scanners come in different froms such as hand held which are used by hand as well as flatbed where a document is placed on a glass window for scanning.






Digital Camera

A digital camera is a camera which stores images digitally rather than storing them on film, theses images can then be customised or altered later to the users liking. Many Digital cameras are in many devices such as mobile phones and PDAs.






Mobile Phone

A mobile phone is a device which can make and receive telephone calls over a radio link.Most modern mobile phones also known as smart phones offer additional features to the old mobile phones which only had the option of texting and phone calling, Whilst now smart phones can email, browse the Internet, MMS etc.






Microphone

A Microphone Is an input device which is used to input audio sound onto computers, it then can be altered and amplified.
